Chief Executive Officer


Barr (Mrs) Lauretta Omoha Sule is a Nigerian trained legal practitioner, called to the Nigerian Bar as a solicitor and an advocate. Her professional career started in Zenith bank as a consumer banking staff. After several years, she proceeded to set up L.O Sule legal practitioner, A law firm into the management of intellectual property rights(Trademarks, patent & designs) clientele base cuts across multi national companys who are in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. She is the principal/ solicitor for L.O Sule legal practitioner. She is a self motivated and enthusiastic person with a very positive mindset, and passion for impacting and transforming the lives of young adults in Africa and across the globe. She is the chief executive officer and visioner for Bedrock leadership academy( BLA) a training institute based in Lagos, Nigeria. This vision was birthed out of a need to help transform the negative mindset of individuals. At Bedrock we discover, nurture and empower them to turn their dreams into reality. Our main objective as an institution is geared towards inspiring and raising exceptional leaders and entrepreneurs, with good moral principles in the society that will become so impactful and stand out as role models in their various sphere of endeavours.



Grace Sam is a Nigerian graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She holds a professional Diploma in Advertising and is an Associate member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria. Grace started her professional career in the advertising industry with Goals and Ideas Limited as a copy writer and client service executive. She later joined Martlink and rose to the position of a Client service Manager. She is the Managing Director of 3, 6, 5 Communication, which provides small businesses and educational institutions with branding solutions, promotional services, training and consulting services. She also facilitates seminars in the area of branding and marketing communications for businesses and organizations. Over the past few years, Grace Sam has been involved in organizing some projects for schools, delivering motivational speeches, organizing entrepreneurship seminars and security workshops. She has organized trainings for teachers, staff and students of various educational institutions in Lagos state. She is a facilitator and the strategy/branding manager of Bedrock leadership academy.


Cynthia Leo-Nwaogu attended University of Benin where she studied Electrical/Electronics Engineerng and graduated with a B.Eng degree. She was assigned to Finbank Plc, a financial institution for her National Youth Service programme. Upon completion of her youth service in 2011, she joined Diamond bank Plc worked in various units of the International Trade Services for 6 years In 2017, she moved from the financial industry to FMCG - Unilever Nigeria Plc to take up a role in Supply chain. She has a passion for teaching, mentoring others and adding value to individuals. She is the planning and marketing manager with Bedrock leadership academy where she facilitates. She is a private consultant, coach for young girls and public speaker. She enjoys cooking and spending time with family. Cynthia Leo-Nwaogu is a unique woman with diverse talents.
